I promised,I will begin tomorrow but our media has shifted into top gear,talking sheer nonsense,sounding almost imbecile,whatever the judgment the CJM Bhopal has pronounced was a forgone conclusion under section 304A,the maximum penalty has been awarded as it is lower judiciary,it is suppose to follow,not interpret or make the law,both are for higher judiciary and parliament,both role has been done immaculately by respective bodies,this blame game for the flight of Warren Anderson is nothing but sham by disgruntled elements of every political party and ex-bureaucrats.Mr Ravi Shankar Parsad an eminent lawyer blaming the Congress govt is comical,everybody knows that a humongous fraud has been pulled on the people of Bhopal by every pillar of democracy,worst role was of most respected pillar, the higher judiciary,only today I watched in horror,speaking to journalist,honorable Justice AM Ahmadi gave an example that ''if i am seated in a car driven by a driver and it meets a fatal accident,how i could be held responsible,yes good argument but i have a counter argument,that if he is seated in a car which is driven by a driver who has already warned him that the car is defective,say its brakes are not working,still he is forced to drive and he meets a fatal accidents,who shall be held responsible,is it not like driving a car which has been declared unworthy of road by RTA,buck stops with owner and driver who under duress is following the directives.
